Maybe my favourite tune?? Sitting in the studio creating tends to be quite enjoyable but also solitary. When there I spend a lot of time "in my mind" and it tends to bring up some lonely places, even when I'd rather it not. This whole record, and especially this song, is really a product of that. Eventually, I just realized I'm not alone and wrote this song - FOR MENTAL HEALTH!!
